After Ibrahimavic, Thiago Silva is ready to return to AC Milan

PSG captain, Thiago Silva, is reported to be reuniting with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at AC Milan. In the summer of 2012, AC Milan meego Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to PSG. The decision was seen by many as the beginning of the fall of Milan.

Sure enough, since the departure of the two players, Milan's achievements both at the level of dosmetik or Europe immediately dropped. They only won one title, the Italian Super Cup in 2016. However, eight years passed, Ibra returned to Milan after deciding not to continue his contract at LA Galaxy.

This step seems to be followed by Silva in the near future. Reported by from Calciomercato, Thiago Silva, whose contract with PSG ended at the end of the 2019-2020 season, is reported to be leaving.

Although Silva and his agent have proposed a contract extension, PSG has not heeded the request. PSG's Director of Sports, Leonardo, assessed Silva's career at PSG as having reached the final point. That is because the club wants to focus on players who can be used for the long term.

Thus, the way to return to Milan is wide open for the 35-year-old defender. Called the same source, Milan are also interested in bringing Silva back. However, there has been no concrete step from the club based at the San Siro Stadium to repatriate Silva.
