8 Students of Valentino Rossi Who Will Compete in MotoGP 2020

Lorenzo Baldassarri and Bulega decided to pursue a career independently and chose to leave the VR46 Riders Academy team. Even so, Baldassarri mentioned that he still often practiced flat track at the Motor Ranch with his teacher, Valentino Rossidan and other members of the VR46 academy in question.

The Doctor and the VR46 team have yet to announce who will be young and still new riders who will join the academy starting in 2020. And until now, no additional members will be deployed at the Grand Prix.

Luca Marini, 2020 will be a crucial period for him. Yaps, Valentino Rossi's sister will undergo her fifth year in Moto2 this year. And the 22-year-old young man is expected to fight over the world title in order to get off in MotoGP in 2021 to come.

Niccolo Antonelli, 2020 will be his ninth season competing in the Moto3 class. And will be his third year defending SIC58 Squadra Corse.

Franco Morbidelli, this rider was one of the first members of the VR46 Riders Academy. This season, Morbidelli will undergo his third season in MotoGP. In its inaugural season, he defended Marc VDS Honda in 2018, he moved to Petronas Yamaha SRT in 2019 and he was able to end the 2019 season by finishing 10th in the final standings.

Marco Bezzecchi, this rider is also one of the riders who is expected to shine in Moto2 2019 after being ranked third in Moto3 a year before. However, he was overwhelmed to compete competitively by defending Red Bull KTM Tech 3. However, because KTM Tech 3 withdrew from Moto2 to Moto3, so he moved to VR46.

Francesco Bagnaia, he will undergo his second year in MotoGP by defending Pramac Racing, the 2018 Moto2 world champion will get a Desmosedici GP20 motorcycle manufacturer spec. Well, if he is able to compete this season, then it is possible he will be used by Ducati in 2021.

Stefano Manzi, this rider will undergo his fourth year in Moto2 2020 season. Defending the MV Agusta Forward Racing team, Manzi began to consistently fight in the top 10.

 Celestino Vietti, the rider is now starting to attract attention after he took the podium at Moto3 Australia, when he replaced the injured Bulega. In fact, it was the second race in the Grand Prix event. And last year was the inaugural season on Moto3, and he immediately successfully won three podiums.

Andrea Migno, 2020 will be his seventh year on Moto3. He had defended Sky Racing VR46 in 2015 to 2017. And before moving to the Angel Nieto Team in 2018 and Bester Capital Dubai. So far or throughout his career, he has collected 1 win and 6 podiums, and 2 of them he won last season. This year, he decided to return to Sky Racing VR46.
