The 34-year-old England defender arrived from Manchester United and has signed a contract that expires until 30 June 2020 with an extension option for the following season.

"I want to become a professional soccer player," Ashley Young said upon his arrival at his new club to reunite with former colleagues, Alexis Sancez and Romelu Lukaku.

Ashley Young began his career at Watford, sealing promotions to the Premier League before becoming Aston Villa's most expensive player in 2007.
